  • How long does shipping normally take?                     Normally about a week or less.
  • What's your return policy?                                               We do not do money back returns but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us. We will gladly issue you a store credit or exchange your item as long as its within 30 days of your original purchase.
  • How does in store pickup work?                                 When you purchase thru our website and chose in store pickup you will get a READY FOR PICKUP email when your order is ready to be picked up. In store pickup is always FREE & we will hold your items in store for up to 1 week.  if any items from your order are not available anymore you will receive a refund & a cancelation email will be sent to you.
  • What sizes do you carry?                                               We carry normal sizes like SMALL, MEDIUM, & LARGE
  • Do you quality check your items?                                  We quality check everything piece by piece so you can be assured your clothing will be in perfect condition when you received your package.
  • Do you have any monthly payment options?              YES! We accept SHOPpay & affirm payments in store & online. If you want to use SHOPpay or affirm in store but don't know how to do it just speak with an associate & they will be more than happy to assist you.
  • If I buy something online & it doesn't fit, can I exchange it in store?                                                                        YES! just make sure you have your email confirmation ready and we would be glad to help you exchange your items.
